Draft Regulations for HIPs
Following the Government's earlier announchement that the implementation of HIPs was to be delayed until the 1st August, the CLG (Communities and Local Government) has released the draft regulations this week to set out how this implementation will take place.
To help you with these regulations we have prepared the following set of questions and answers that should give you a good overview of the regulations as they stand today.
