• Title documents

Leasehold will currently include
A copy of the lease
And from June 1st, 2008, leasehold will include:
• Financial requests made by Landlord over last 12 months
• Name and address of Landlord & Managing Agents
• Proposed amendments to the lease
• Regulations or rules made under the lease
• Service Charge statements over last 36 months
• Summary of proposed building works
